Nekromantik
Robert travaille comme "ramasseurs" de cadavres et récupère des morceaux de corps qu'il expose dans des bocaux chez lui. Il vit en compagnie de sa petite amie, Betty, également nécrophile. Un jour, Robert ramène un cadavre et le couple s'adonne à des jeux sexuels.

Suite du premier film "choc" de Jorg Buttgereit, tourné trois ans plus tôt. L'ouverture du long-métrage donne le ton avec le suicide brutal au couteau de cuisine de Robert. Une fois enterré, Robert est emmené, "nettoyé" par Monika une infirmière nécrophile qui hésite constamment entre son amoureux vivant et son amant décédé.
